Print Preparation

For long texts, it pays to automate the formatting process. A long document provided with the correct tags can be fed into a layout program in one go and require little post-editing, resulting in significant savings in processing time and costs.

For tagging I usually use XML and/or HTML. In consultation with the designer, however, other forms of tagging are also possible.

The tags are entered automatically. This reduces the risk of errors and ensures that long texts can be prepared for printing quickly and effectively.
